The other morning, I was talking to my friend Girlie in California. She had been listening to my podcast with Meredith Erickson, creator of Doladira (a very natural alpine elixir that has come to be my go-to bitter for a spritz), found herself with a bottle and the desire to have an Italian aperitivo. You guessed it, even though it was (kind of) early, I quickly grabbed a few things from our make shift bar and was ready to cin cin.
